HPC Services & Transportation

This service will be provided through Simply Independent before and after individual’s day support hours. These hours are also used for personal appointments. In lieu of services through the adult support, individuals may use these hours for personal outings and one-on-one training; if individual’s budget allows.

Adult Day Support

Hours of Operation:

Typical Business Day: Sunday- Saturday
(Times and days per individuals Medicaid funding and current expressed interest.)
Company Social Activities: Once a month

100% Community Inclusion Adult Day Support:

In lieu of a physical building Simply Independent will network within the individuals immediate community. By using local businesses and community resources, this will allow the independent to gain access to their personal community and expose them to building relationships.

Daily Schedule:

Simply Independent’s daily schedule remains open and as flexible as it can be in order to allow individuals to express current life interest. Most individuals will be in small groups of other like-interested individuals to aid individuals in working together as a team to accomplish the same goal.

Group Sizes:

Group sizes will be no more than a 4:1 ratio.

Non-Medical Transportation

We offer this unique transportation option exclusively to our HPC and ADS clients. This transportation can be used to be transported to our own ADS or one that the client chooses to attend. We do not hire drivers, all drivers are certified personal care staff that works on a day to day basis with our clients.
